THE PROBLEM OF USING INDUSTRIAL
REVERSE OSMOSIS

A modern method of desalination and treatment of industrial wastewater is the reverse osmosis (RO) system. The key problem faced by industrial RO is the formation of toxic sludge*.

* causes serious ecological consequences: increased salinity, pollution with toxic substances, destruction of flora and fauna.

INNOVATION

MW Matrix technology provides brine utilization.

Water molecules are vaporized when exposed to microwaves.

Salt and toxic impurities are precipitated downwards by gravity and removed automatically.

WITH WATER TREATMENT AND SLUDGE REMOVAL SYSTEM

MWD-5000 Specifications:
- Capacity: minimum capacity 5000 - 5500 l/hour;*
- Power consumption: adjustable up to 5000 kW;
- Construction: modular;
- Size: 5800x2400x2400 mm.

* The efficiency of the system is increased by using an economizer.

Hydrogen is generated during daylight hours by solar cell electricity, and can be used in industrial processes or to generate electricity at night.

*The cost of electricity is approximately 3 cents per 1 kWh
